CALL FOR ARTISTS

The Edgewater Arts & Music  Festival is an outdoor event sponsored in part by grants, local merchants and patrons of the arts.  They include juried fine arts and crafts competitions with cash awards.

Artists will provide the Festival with four samples of their work — slides, prints or computer images — no later than August 1, 2007.  The sale of art work will be actively encouraged. New Jersey State Sales Tax is the responsibility of the artists.  Artists are advised to have their own insurance, but this is not a requirement.

For first-timers, a $20 fee must accompany the attached application. This fee is waived for returning artists. Upon acceptance to the Festival, there will be an $80 booth fee for all participants. Artists may bring their own display stands or rent eight foot long tables for our cost of $10 each. Requests for tables and payment must accompany the application.
